If a property owner signs up for Dream Team Full Management package, we will do a thorough inspection after each guest or group of guests departs. If there is anything that requires repair or maintenance, we will immediately contact one of our professional tradespeople to get this fixed for you as quickly as possible. We have people on call 24/7 to ensure that any issues are fixed immediately. We will also complete and submit any necessary insurance claim, and follow up on any payouts on your behalf.

Of course, this is your right as the property owner! We would just advise that you consider your own requirements in terms of duration and length of use to maintain your property’s availability as much as possible and ensure reliability of income. The other thing to do would be to contact Dream Team Hosting as soon as possible with your plans, so that we can adjust the listing accordingly and ensure no bookings are made during the time you require your property.
